555 The Boulevard is concepted in the thought that Atlanta's lifestyle is moving into a much more urban time. As a result we have greater responsibility toward sound building design and function in order to leave a city that will stand well through the next century. 555 The Boulevard offers many parts that are present in other developments but as a whole not present in any one. And by combining the Retail with the Residential we return to the design that has served our greatest urban areas well for a century or two, or maybe more. The retail space at 555 The Boulevard offers coffee shops, restaruants and retail thus adding options to the residents and neighborhood that require little or no travel.
