Built in 1924 and once a landmark Atlanta hotel, The Biltmore was in extreme disrepair when Novare purchased the property in 1998 with a goal of adapting the building into Class A office space. This necessitated the demolition of the building's interior above the lobby level, followed by complete reconstruction of systems, windows, elevators and interiors. The elegant ballrooms that were a part of the original Biltmore have been restored to their glory and, under the management of Novare Events, are now a prime Atlanta event space. In adapting this historic building as Class A office and event space, Novare has continued The Biltmore's legacy as a premium address. The Company continues to own and manage The Biltmore. |
